Welcome!

Welcome to our adorable and affordable retreat at Dewey Beach. The Condo is located on Van Dyke Street, between Ruddertown and "Port" restaurant. We are one and a half blocks from the ocean and a half block to the bay. There is a large, private balcony from which you can see the sunrise over the ocean and set over the bay.

The Condo has two bedrooms, beachy living area, well-equipped kitchen, and full bath. The bed arrangement is as follows: master- queen size, BR2- two full size; LR- pull out sofa queen size. Tenants will need to bring sheets and towels. Most paper goods are provided.

The condo pool is solar panel heated, there is a shared hose and an outdoor shower, tennis courts, coin operated laundry facility, small game room, and a designated parking space. Wireless internet is available for a fee from wirelessbeachaccess.com

There is an extraordinary variety of restaurants to meet everyone's taste. There is also plenty of entertainment at the local bars and nightclubs. You can ride the trolley into Rehoboth and walk the boardwalk, shop, and visit Funland (amusement park and rides). You can also shop at the tax-free outlets that line Route 1. There are also water parks, golf courses and miniature golf nearby. Everything you need for the perfect vacation can be found here!

Please be advised that we are NOT realtors. This is our private residence that we share with those who can RESPECT it. Responsible adults and families are welcome. We do not rent to persons under the age of 21 and we will ask for proof of ID. We take pride in the condition and cleanliness of our condo and will have the unit professionally & thoroughly cleaned at check-out. However, caring for the unit while you are there is your responsibility as our guests. We will retain a $200 security deposit and a $75 cleaning fee for all rentals. There is also a 3%  rental accommodations tax required by the town of Dewey.

We rent summer in-season weekly at GREAT rates and offer discount pricing off- season. For more information, photos or to place a reservation, contact the owners or view our website below under "Links to more information". Rentals are Sun-Sun or Sun-Fri. Check-in is 2 pm and check-out is 10 am.   Procedure for securing rental:
1. Check the calendar availability.
2. Contact owners  (email is best).
3. Send contract, security deposit, cleaning fee and proof of age to owner ASAP to reserve date.
4. Within three weeks of occupancy, send the rental amount in total, including the DB tax.
